Truthfully, at the moment, I don’t have much of a budgeting approach at all. I work my paying job in a restaurant, and I work a day job at a startup where I’m not getting paid yet. The money will come eventually, but for now, I’m just trying not to spend too much on food and alcohol and dog. I pretty much let myself buy any books I want. I know I would spend less if I started tracking it, but I feel like my time and mental energy are being used up elsewhere.
