Surveys, but make them human.
Reagale turns the dreaded form into a short, written conversation. Respondents feel heard; teams get themes they can cite. We built it so that asking people what they think feels less like an interrogation and more like being listened to.
Scattered voices, turned into trusted insight.
Most surveys take more than they give. People rush through checkboxes, teams are left guessing what the numbers meant, and the person who answered never hears back. Reagale was built to close that gap — to make participation worth someone's time and to make the resulting insight something a team can actually stand behind.
Three people. One thesis. One year.
Reagale is built by a small team that splits the work cleanly — direction, the product itself, and everything around getting it into the world.

Ask. Listen. Synthesize.
Qualitative depth at quantitative scale. Reagale runs the conversation for you — from a single question to a briefing your team can act on.
Ask
Write one question — about onboarding, a class, a candidate, anything at all. Reagale builds the whole interview around it in seconds; then you customize it in under five minutes.
Listen
Pip, our interviewing model, runs the conversation — following up where it matters and stopping where it doesn't, with the same energy on the twenty-thousandth response as the first.
Synthesize
Emergent themes, verbatim quotes, and dissenting voices — gathered into one briefing your team can act on by Monday morning.
People will tell you the truth — if you ask in a way that respects the time it takes to give.
