It started in student government.
Andrea Aye — Reagale's CEO — kept hitting the same wall while pushing policy initiatives at her school: there was never enough data. Surveys went out, but fatigue set in, responses trickled, and the picture stayed incomplete.
She found herself in board meetings where decisions worth hundreds of thousands of dollars were being made with almost no input from the people they'd affect. That gap is what she set out to fix — and it's why Reagale exists: to make gathering genuine, usable insight easy enough that the choices shaping people's lives actually get made with their voices in the room.

Andrea Aye
Andrea Aye is the Co-Founder and CEO of REAGALE, where she leads the company’s vision, strategy, partnerships, and long-term growth. She founded REAGALE with a mission to help organizations make better decisions by creating a deeper understanding of the people they serve.
As CEO, Andrea drives the company’s strategic direction, market positioning, institutional partnerships, and customer development while ensuring REAGALE remains focused on delivering meaningful impact. Known for her ability to unite diverse stakeholders around a shared vision, she brings a combination of strategic leadership, relationship-building, and systems thinking to the company’s growth.
Drawing from her experience in higher education leadership, public advocacy, and entrepreneurship, Andrea is committed to building technology that strengthens trust between institutions and their communities. Her work is guided by the belief that the most effective organizations are those that listen intentionally, understand deeply, and act on the voices of the people they serve.
Alex Holyk
Alex Holyk is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of REAGALE, where he leads the company's technical architecture, AI systems development, and long-term platform infrastructure.
With a background spanning data science, analytics, and systems thinking, Alex completed his Master's in Data Science at the University of Denver, focusing on machine learning, statistical modeling, algorithms, databases, and large-scale computational systems.
At REAGALE, his work centers on building scalable conversational AI infrastructure capable of transforming qualitative human experiences into structured institutional intelligence. He leads the company's engineering strategy, AI integration, and technical product development across the platform.
Arianna Kiarash
Arianna Kiarash is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing & Financial Officer of REAGALE, where she leads the company's marketing strategy, operational planning, financial coordination, and organizational growth initiatives.
Her background spans supply chain operations, analytics, sourcing strategy, stakeholder management, and consumer engagement across both corporate and brand-facing environments. Through experience in operational planning, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven decision-making, she brings a strong systems-oriented approach to scaling organizational infrastructure and execution.
At REAGALE, Arianna focuses on building the company's brand positioning, institutional partnerships, financial structure, and long-term operational scalability while helping translate complex AI-driven systems into accessible and impactful market strategies.
